Welcome to the Y’s Online Services information hub! We are thrilled to be offering online registration and account management. Setting up an account will allow you to manage your personal and family Y accounts, register for programs and camps online, check for changes and updates to programs, and view your receipts.

Please set up your account by following the instructions below:

Step 1: Create Your Account

Current Y Members

Existing Y Members paying monthly or annually that wish to set up individual/family online accounts to manage their account and register for programs and camps online.
If you have been a member for a while, please click here, choose “Reset Password”, and wait for an email with more instructions. Please check your spam and junk folders if you do not receive the email within 10 minutes.
Those who joined the Y in the last few days should have received an email providing information to get started. If you did not receive this email please email onlinesupport@ymcaottawa.ca, or click here to set up your account.

Non-Y Members

I am not an existing Y member but I want to set up my individual /family online account so that I can manage my account and register for programs and camps online.

Step 2: Register Online for Programs and Camp

Once you have set up your account, you are now ready to register for programs and camp online! Click here to register on or after the appropriate date!
