A fun and safe way to end their school day!
Y Kids Club is a recreational after school program that bridges the gap between a child’s school day and parents’ work day. Taking place after school, Y Kids Club programs are recreation-based; in addition to staff-led sports, activities and games, our programs include snack time, a reading club, homework help, and independent play.
All of our Y Kids Club programs incorporate Catch Kids Club (Coordinated Approach to Child Health), a program that encourages active living and healthy eating. The Catch Kids Club program focuses on fun while helping kids learn communication skills, how to live healthier, and be more active.
We offer Y Kids Club at three locations in the National Capital Region - The Taggart Family Y, the Ruddy Family Y, and Woodroffe Church (serving the Carlingwood Y area).

The Y Kids Club program at the Taggart Family Y (180 Argyle Ave.) serves the following schools:
