Taggart Family Y

At the Taggart Family Y, our doors are open for those who wish to get healthier, find support, and make friends for life. We’re a place where children, adults and families grow together while focusing on their health and wellness.

The Taggart Family Y is a 61,000 sq.-ft. inclusive, community-based facility providing unique programs and services that meet the needs of the community. This centre offers access to cardio and strength equipment, group fitness class studios, a cycling studio, a 25-metre pool, two racquetball courts, a children’s teaching pool, a child’s play area, a gymnasium, and universal, men’s and women’s locker rooms. In addition, Plus Member change rooms include a steam room and sauna, as well as lounge area and additional fitness equipment.

Sample programs include: Strength training and aerobic conditioning, group fitness classes, personal training, recreational and educational programming for all ages, inviting social spaces, and child minding services. Swimming lessons and water fitness classes are also offered.
