Climb, slide, and explore in our exciting Kids Zone indoor playground.  Open for families with children up to 12 years to play and explore together.  Active parent play encouraged!
Lane Swim
8:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
A continuous workout swim time for adults and youth.  Pool is divided into lanes for continuous lap swimming, focusing on fitness, exercise, and endurance.
High Intensity Interval Training
10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
This High intensity workout provides both cardiovascular and strength challenges by alternating short periods of intense exercise with recovery periods Push yourself as hard as you can for a short interval, then move gently for the next interval. This method reaps maximum gain with maximum efficiency.
Swim with Santa’s Elves
10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
A fun opportunity to see Santa’s elves taking a break by the pool during our family open swim time decorated for the season. Play games with Santa’s helpers, swim about, and have fun in the pool!
Hatha Yoga 
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Move your body through a series of postures designed to increase flexibility, strength, balance and range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises & a final relaxation will promote stress reduction & mental clarity.
Open Gym 
11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Gym accessible to all members who want to take part in recreational sports and physical activities. 
Young at Heart Swim 
12:15 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.
A swim time for those looking to either get back into the pool or get their start with swimming laps this is a quiet swim time for everyone to swim relaxed laps in the main pool at their own pace.
KickstartHER Express 
1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Join us for KickstartHER Express, an empowering 90-minute event designed to inspire, connect, and celebrate women and girls aged 15 and up! The afternoon begins with a captivating Pirouette Rhythmic Gymnastics performance and demonstration—a showcase of grace, strength, and artistry that’s sure to motivate and energize.  Afterward, enjoy a relaxed social session hosted by Tracey M, where participants can connect, share stories, and build community over light refreshments. Whether you’re looking to be inspired, meet new people, or simply enjoy a positive space for women, KickstartHER Express is the perfect way to spend your Saturday!  
Open Swim 
2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Unstructured swim time for everyone to use the pool. Limited equipment will be available to use. The buoy line will be in to separate the deep and shallow ends. All children under 12 will be held to the facilities swimming ratios for admittance, those between the ages of 6 – 11 will need to be swim tested and will require a person aged 16+ to meet the swim ratios for the facility. 
Aquafit 
3:45 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. 
A general water fitness class designed as a medium intensity total body workout, providing a balance of cardiovascular and muscular strength training. Easy to follow choreography with lots of options for intensity. 
3 on 3 Basketball
4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Join us for 3 on 3 Basketball!  A fun, fast-paced version of the game that’s perfect for players of all skill levels! This pickup style game focuses on teamwork, friendly competition, and staying active.

4:45 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
