Transform Your Settlement Services with Data-Driven Insights
IMPRESS is currently in the development phase. We’re looking to engage settlement Service Provider Organizations (SPOs) as we shape the project for maximum impact.
What is IMPRESS?
Integrated Measurement for Performance, Review, and Enhanced Settlement Services (IMPRESS) is a three-year IRCC-funded initiative led by the YMCA of the National Capital region that builds on the success of the Wired: Evaluating Settlement Online (WESO) project. 93% of WESO participants expressed interest in implementing new evaluation tools, so that’s what we’re aiming to provide.
Our mission is to make evaluation more accessible, practical, and equitable for SPOs across Canada. We’re developing an online platform with ready-made customizable surveys in your clients’ languages and built-in analysis to make interpreting results fast and effortless. You’ll also have access to our performance measurement toolkit to evaluate your initiatives and plan for improvement.
All IMPRESS tools will be available at no cost to your organization and will be accompanied by free nationwide training during rollout.
