How the Reimbursement Program Works
- Choose courses from our approved list. One course per employee, and up to 50 employees per company. All courses must finish by March 30, 2026. DO NOT register yet.
- Use this form to apply for approval for one or more employees to attend the courses. The employee(s) must meet the eligibility requirements.
- Once your application is approved, you register and pay for the courses.
- The employee(s) complete the course(s) before March 30, 2026. Only completed courses are reimbursed. If an employee drops out before finishing, the cost will not be refunded.
- Get reimbursed. Send the course completion document(s) to the YMCA by March 30, 2026. We’ll reimburse the employer for the cost of the course. The course cost is reimbursed only with proof that the courses were passed.
Please note: Travel, accommodation, and food costs are not covered.
