About the Cause
Since 1867, the YMCA of the National Capital Region has been at the centre of the community, helping people of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities live engaging, more rewarding lives. A charity dedicated to the health of individuals, families, and communities, the Y is proud to offer a wide variety of programs, including services for Newcomers to Canada, language assessment, summer camp, transitional and supportive housing, employment services, and so much more.
100% of the proceeds raised by the Y Embassy Chef Showcase will be put to work helping those who need it most within the National Capital Region. Your support helps our Y continue to provide vital programs and services to the families and children in our community that rely on them.
