Yoga Flow | 11:15 am - 12:15 pm (Conference Room)
Flow from pose to pose as you stretch and strengthen your muscles. Open to all levels. If you’ve always wondered what yoga is all about, this is your chance to join us in some stretching fun.
Barre Sculpt Basics | 2:15 pm - 3:00 pm (Studio)
Strengthen and lengthen like a dancer, using the Barre for balance and for an extra challenge! Try out this training method with us to focus on strength, tone, balance and flexibility. Don’t worry, we won’t forget about the core!
Barbell Basics | 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm (Studio)
Get comfortable using a barbell in this strength training session. You will get a total body workout, along with new skills and exercises to add to your routine. Open to all skill levels.
Open Gym | 8:00 am – 9:00 am, 11:15 am - 12:15 pm, 2:00 pm- 3:45 pm
Why should kids have all the fun? Enjoy open access to our gymnasium for anyone interested in playing a sport and having some fun.
Family Soccer and Badminton | 12:30 pm - 1:45 pm
Open to players of all ages, one side of our gym will be set up for soccer and the other for badminton. Our staff are always ready to help out with the rules and provide some pointers. Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun.
